We offer compassionate counseling and coaching to help adults navigate the intricate journey of trauma resolution, emphasizing the crucial importance of grieving losses. Recognizing and processing these losses is essential for resolving the stored pain from traumatic childhood experiences. Engaging in the grieving process not only promotes healing but also empowers individuals to reclaim their lives and find peace.
Traumatic experiences can lead to the development of defensive behaviors, often manifesting as ruptured relationships, internal conflicts rooted in anger and shame, as well as addictions. Defensive systems are a response to living in a constant state of emergency, and what may appear as conscious choices to "sin" is often a cry for help—an expression of the survivor's heart seeking to be seen, known, and loved.
