Details on what to expect from our education courses.
This course guides students on a transformative journey to explore how childhood experiences shape their current relationships and self-perception. As they uncover the impact of early experiences, they will learn to integrate their thoughts, feelings, and actions, moving from fear to love.
Students will gain insights into how Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) influence their lives and learn to process unresolved emotions for healthier relationships. They will become more attuned to their emotional responses and discover ways to regulate their feelings.
The course also addresses the complexities of being human, nurturing compassion for themselves and others, while reflecting on their identity as beings created in God's image. Students will confront their desire for connection by learning about attachment styles and the importance of self-love. They will understand that shame does not define them and reclaim their choices by processing feelings of powerlessness.
Moreover, they will recognize their bodies' nonverbal communication of emotions, leading to greater self-awareness. Students will see themselves as capable of growth and transformation rather than broken.
Finally, through real-life case studies, they will apply their insights to practical situations, fostering healing and renewal, and nurturing both mind and spirit on the journey toward wholeness, love, and connection.
We are beginning a new session of Course 2. Dates and details coming soon.
