
Fern & Audrey are the co-founders of Fern & Audrey, LLC. Together, they bring decades of experience in trauma-response education, with a specialized focus on severe childhood trauma, dissociation, and trauma-based mind control.
Their work is shaped by long-term experience walking alongside survivors, listening deeply to complex internal experiences, and developing educational frameworks that help make difficult trauma responses more understandable.
Fern has more than 35 years of experience working with individuals impacted by complex developmental trauma and dissociative disorders.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from Albright College, graduating summa cum laude, and holds an Associate of Science degree in Business from Lehigh County Community College. In 2015, she completed the Certificate Program in Traumatic Stress Studies offered by The Trauma Center at Justice Resource Institute.
Fern has extensive experience in trauma-responsive education, curriculum development, and professional training focused on emotional responses, internal protection, dissociation, and rehumanization after trauma. Her work is informed by long-term engagement with individuals affected by chronic abuse and dissociative adaptations, including OSDD and DID presentations.
Audrey has more than 25 years of experience supporting individuals impacted by complex trauma and dissociative disorders.
She completed 51 undergraduate credit hours toward a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science-related field at Messiah College. In 2015, she completed the Certificate Program in Traumatic Stress Studies offered by The Trauma Center at Justice Resource Institute. She has also completed additional education related to complex post-traumatic stress, developmental trauma, interpersonal neurobiology, attachment, and dissociation.
Audrey has extensive experience in trauma-responsive education, curriculum development, resource creation, and peer-based professional training. Her work focuses on helping others understand internal systems, protective responses, attachment disruptions, and the continuing effects of childhood trauma in adult life.
