Fern & Audrey, LLC exists to advance understanding of severe childhood trauma through education—equipping mental health professionals, pastors, lay counselors, and helpers to more effectively support those living with complex trauma and dissociation.

We envision a world where those who serve survivors are deeply informed, and where individuals—whether helpers or survivors—gain the insight needed to recognize trauma responses, process their experiences, and move toward greater wholeness, stability, and peace.

Fern & Audrey, LLC is an education-focused organization dedicated to providing trauma-response training with a specialized focus on dissociation resulting from severe childhood trauma.

With over 30 years of experience, we equip professionals, pastors, lay counselors, and helpers with a structured understanding of how the mind and body adapt to survive overwhelming trauma. At the core of our work is the belief that trauma responses - including dissociation - are not dysfunctions, but highly effective survival mechanisms that require informed understanding and care.

While our primary focus is equipping those who help others, our foundational curriculum consistently fosters personal insight and growth—benefiting helpers, survivors, and individuals who may not have previously recognized the impact of their own experiences.
