Our courses help participants:

Get ready to unravel the treasure of being human and embark on a transformative learning experience. This course is not just a stepping stone—it’s your essential starting point on the journey toward emotional wellness.

Course 2 is for students who have completed Course 1 and explores how childhood experiences, relational disruption, neglect, abuse, and overwhelming stress can shape protective responses that continue into adulthood.

For students who have completed Courses 1 and 2, Course 3 takes the next step into a deeper understanding of dissociation, internal conflict, protective parts, and the advanced tools Fern & Audrey use to help participants understand complex internal systems with greater clarity and compassion.

Uncover the history, honor the survivors, and engage with truth. This course is for individuals who want to understand the history and impact of trauma-based mind control — its reality, its methods, and how we can respond with wisdom and compassion.
